THROWBACK: 2019 - Me, a freshman in college were contemplating on a decision that I had to make. A crucial one. Its either I let my parents buy me my first car or let them help me get my own place, a dorm, a studio unit-condominium per se.
Long story short, I decided to get my own place because I realized that buying my own car should come out of my own pocket.
I LOOKED FOR CONDOMINIUM LISTINGS WITH SPECIFIC SPECIFICATIONS.
When searching for a SPECIFIC condo online, a bare or semi furnished studio condominium, thats located near De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde, preferably with its own parking space and that the lease is still under 20-23k per month -- IS HARD.
Without proper connections of an agent or someone in the location whos familiar with the surroundings, finding the perfect condominium that meets the specifications you need is troublesome. So if you search vaguely online, there are tons of properties will come up, some are perfect but not just in the right location or some are, but aren't just not the studio condo you need and want.
Heres where the right application of technology comes in, LAMUDI, PROPERTY24 and MYPROPERTY are the top website applications that are being used in the real estate market industry right now. Whats so special about them? simple, filters. They filter out specifications you need and in the right location you want. Contacts and pictures of the property are there too.
LAMUDI was the app for me at that time, because it had more choices for me to choose from. I did not get my studio unit there, but I met the property manager there through an agent who posted her listings in LAMUDI. These apps and websites are more than an directory for the market, it can be used in research, for references, for property looking and most importantly it is the BEST way to market your properties as an aspiring real estate person like myself. It uses technology to the full extent and it helps the marketing in the Real Estate Industry.
